I was just at the store at 2:00 pm 9/28. We were upgrading a phone and the person helping us was unable to figure out why the bill was going up the amount it was and went to her manager. Came back and said they didn’t know why. I asked the manager if there was a way to figure this out and he said no. I asked if there was someone he could call and he said no. I said I’d like to understand why my bill is going up and he WENT OFF. He started shouting I DONT KNOW WHY YOU ARE ASKING ME THESE QUESTIONS I ALREADY TOLD YOU I DONT KNOW. This was completely unacceptable. First can someone contact me to tell me why my bill is going up the $23.33 that was not advertised and secondly I’d like to know that a discussion has been had with this manager. I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years and to be treated so rudely is unacceptable. I left the store but my son stayed and the manager began speaking badly about me “I don’t know what she expects me to do”. I never raised my voice nor did I do anything but ask questions about how I could get answers.
