Unable to redeem $200 Verizon rebate

It seems like it's a known issue at Verizon, but I'm still unable to redeem the Verizon $200 rebate that I received for a new online order, despite it being shown in my order receipt.

Order placed: Aug 28

System installed: September 4

Has anyone been able to resolve this lately? All the posts seem to be from 2024.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I still haven't received the $200 Verizon Rebate voucher yet. The agent that raised the ticket in the private message mentioned about 7-10 working days to receive it and we are well beyond that now. What do I need to do to claim this?
