Loyalty Discount not being applied

Several month ago I received message on Verizon website that I was eligible for a Loyalty discount with $10 off each line with a number to call to have it applied. Months later after several calls, numerous chats and this still hasn't been applied. On occasion a rep has applied a one time credit of $50 with the promise it will appear on next months bill ongoing but still no luck. Anyone else have any luck actually getting this discount applied?

As of yesterday, sent PM by "Social Media Representative" Dee who was not helpful at all. After explaining situation for at least the 5th time, I'm told there is nothing that can be done because they see no discount. Interesting that they see I have been given $50 dollar credits twice by previous reps "until they can get this discount applied" but they don't see any discount available. Are my calls and chats not being documented? This is beyond frustrating. Hoping James will still respond as he also sent a PM and see if he can help with a resolution.

And after asking again today of any resolution, they respond that all loyalty discounts were ended by Verizon 9/1/25. You offer a discount for a year in June and cancel all discounts 3 months later. Too much conflicting information. Looks like it's time to finally shop elsewhere. So disappointed in Verizon right now.
