I've researched and found this is a common issue going on for years now. Did an upgrade last week for the Iphone 17 PRO, selected in store pickup and also a device trade-in. After the order, received email 3 hours later that the order was cancelled. I assume it was due to the phone not being available any longer at the store. I went in and called my trade in order. Now for the past 5 days, seems there is a glitch and I can't do another upgrade. On the devices page, it looks strange for that line in that there is no picture or model details of the existing phone I have (Iphone 14 PRO). When I select upgrade and choose a model, I can never add a new phone to my cart. I also no longer see during the order process where I can trade in a phone. I contacted support which said it's a known issue and should resolve in 24 hours. That has not been the case and seems the order is perhaps not properly cancelled on Verizon's end.
