I've signed up and placed online order with Verizon wireless on April 2025 for 3 new line, a $300 gift card offered during this period and added on the cart. It's now October 2025 and nothing about the giftcard is heard. Issue was chatted,called ,and emailed with literally 30+ Verizon agents who are no help but with lies of escalation process which never initiated. Verizon 's satisfaction quarantee is a joke. Any one with the same issue?
