Longtime Verizon customer. We called to see if we could reduce our bill last week. They said yes, changed the TV service and said we are all set. This morning, Verizon deactivated my account. Been working with support for the last 7 hours and get nowhere. They say it could take hours and they cannot just reactivate - which is a load of garbage. Very disappointed with the service we received due to THEIR MISTAKE! When you make an error, you fix it. Simple concept. You do NOT make the customer run through hoops, be hung up on multiple times, and say you just have to wait.
