Utility Pole Relocate

Question

Hello,

I am in need up relocating 3 utility poles for a land development project, which are in the  PA.  PennDOT will need to know the method of moving these poles.  I'm pretty certain they are owned by Verizon because one of them is labeled BT44-972 (formerly Bell Telephone Co.)  They will only need to move about 5-6 ft to the other side of the sidewalk.   I have tried calling 1-800 Verizon but cant speak with any human concerning this issue.  Can anyone provide insight or a good direct contact?
