I am able to log in to My Verizon using my email address and password I created when I started service with Verizon. Each time I log in I am prompted to enter my phone number and link my services but when I do I get a message saying "Provided Input is not valid and cannot be linked". I need access to the My Verizon app as well as the online portal. Thanks
