I’ve had the same issue with receiving my $200 gift card for signing up for home internet. I’ve had a ticket opened, spent about 2 hours on the phone with a nice lady but still no gift card. Honestly, I feel they lied just to get you to sign up. I’m about to cancel all my services with this company for misleading customers.
