a Verizon contractor recently installed fios through our neighborhood. We were not warned about the repercussion of the construction. One day, coming home from work I found a trench dug through my yard. The next day there were two holes in my driveway and construction equipment blocking my driveway. When the finished laying the cables they patched my yard with the sod previously removed and they sprinkled grass seeds all over the lower part of my yard. I have spent a lot of money and time to have a perfect Bermuda grass lawn and I now have several other grasses growing all over my yard. Nobody asked me permission to this and I would like to file a claim.
