To WhomThis May Concern,
Hello. My name is Mickey Anderson. I have been with Verizon for close to 30 years. I really like the Verizon service area. I have 5 iPhones with Verizon under my account. I have recently had an experience that has me strongly considering leaving Verizon. I’ll start from the beginning. You can verify this by checking my Verizon account.
A few months ago I traded my iPhone 15, with a promotion and received a new iPhone 16. I of course had to pay some additional expenses. After I received the iPhone I had some phone calls not ring when I was called. Sometimes it would go to voice mail and other times it would just not do anything. I contacted Verizon customer service about this situation.
The solution was they sent me a refurbished iPhone 16. The same thing continued to happen. The problem is on my iPhone only and no other iPhones on my account. I do not understand. Yesterday I called Verizon Customer Service again. I requested to talk to a supervisor, I was told no one was available. The agent said he would call me back today. No Phone Call.
I never had this problem with my iPhone 15. I went to the Verizon Company store and all they had to say is I had my iPhone too long. They cannot do anything, unless I pay off my phone. BUT I got this iPhone 16 on a promotion, I did not pay anything. Verizon just takes care of it, the payment as part of the promotion.
Something really seems wrong. All I want is an iPhone that will always ring when someone calls. Now I have people text me if the iPhone doesn’t ring or it goes to voice mail.
Please help me find a solution ASAP. I have been a loyal Verizon Customer.
Sincerely,
Mickey Anderson.
