$200 Verizon gift card

So I just got the home internet last week and it had the promotions of an Xbox and a $250 Amazon gift card and a $200 Verizon gift card. I can see on my account I can’t claim the Xbox until dec. 1st but I can’t find the $200 Verizon gift card or the $250 Amazon gift card. I have tried and looked everywhere and it even says the stuff on my emailed receipt.

We've got you covered! Are you able to try these steps to locate your rebate offer:

Login to your My Verizon account.
Scroll to the bottom until you see the Account Links section, select Account activity & notifications to view your promotional offer alerts.
Select the eligible rebate offer alert.
View offer details and confirm the email address is correct.
Review and accept the terms and conditions.
