Are downloads from pan baidu blocked by verizon or is it a wider issue with access to the chinese internet. I received files but they are on baidu pan cloud and my verizon phone number was rejected in the registration process. Some services on google like baidu erranium claim to offer download services but I want to create my own account.
A working solution would be welcome.
