Last weekend I upgraded a device and both plans on my account. Prior to this we had one plan that included the Disney+ bundle at no additional cost. We knew that keeping the bundle would mean an additional $10/month going forward, which is fine, however I cannot figure out how to get the perk actually going. My Verizon says the perk is active, however when I click "go to disney" and try to log in using my existing Disney account, I am prompted to "restart subscription" and am taken to a page where I am to choose a plan and pay up front by card. My Disney+ bundle had been working perfectly up until the plan change so I'm not sure what happened along the way but I would love to get back to my movies and shows on Disney and Hulu. ESPN somehow seems to be working fine. I stopped into my local Verizon store and the staff had no idea how to help me. They suggested trying different emails, which I did a few times with no luck. I've also tried re-installing the Disney app on my devices with no luck. The perk on My Verizon shows a reference number but no email address. Could that be the problem? The rep I spoke to in-store didn't know. If that's my issue how do I fix it? Please help, thank you!
