I am currently unemployed and facing financial hardship, but I rely on my Verizon service to search and apply for jobs. Having my phone service restored is critical so that employers can reach me.
I recently made a payment of $328.02, which was all I could afford at this time. Unfortunately, that was the last of my available funds until I receive more money. I am committed to paying what I owe, but I need some flexibility.
I respectfully request:
Immediate reactivation of my service so I can continue my job search.
A reasonable payment plan that allows me to pay the remaining balance in smaller monthly installments until I am back on my feet.
I hope you can assist me during this difficult time. Please let me know what hardship options, installment plans, or temporary arrangements are available.
