equipment return

Hello I am nicholas alexander 42 live in niles ohio. I cancelled the home internet like month ago and you guys were supposed send some labels so i can send this router back. But you never did. So i cant get billed can you give me week or so to take the equipment to the nearest verizon store please?

Call CS , Close the account, and ask the near Verizon store in order to return the equipment, get the receipt.

, I don't know why the CS reps haven't been able to send you a return label, but for 4G/5G Home Internet equipment return, you can take the router and other associated parts to a UPS store and they will scan the serial number of the router to figure out how to ship it back to Verizon.
