My bill was around $155/month for nearly a year. I have 3 phones on the account. In the last few bills, the price jumped to about $170 then $186. It now says that my next bill will be $170 again, but the future estimated bills will be $200! This is absurd and offensive. I have been a customer for nearly 30 years. It was Bell Atlantic and then Verizon bought them or merged... whatever. This is just insulting. The customer service is terrible, and they still feel that they deserve to treat any customer, let alone customers of 3 decades, like trash. I submitted a complaint last week about this and have not heard anything from anyone. This used to be a good company. It's terrible now. Not sure about your corporate management, but it seems like something changed for the worst. I'm now forced to look at other providers because Verizon has become other garbage and treat their loyal customers like trash. No more taking me for granted.
