I’m not one to leave reviews and I know the average person doesn’t leave a positive review when nothing is wrong hence why you see more negative reviews than positives but the customer service with Verizon has been so bad over the last 4 months that I actually had to look up how to leave a review. I’m still honestly amazed about it. Ive had 7 or so calls with Verizon since may 2025 some lasting over 3 hours but most lasting just over an hour. I’m not the kind of person that gets irate with customer service it’s not their fault that the system has failed them so miserably but at-least that’s me hoping is the issue instead of them being so awful at it. I have been told time and time again that the issue would be fixed and that I just needed to wait one or 2 billing cycles for it to take effect not sure why it would take 2 months to credit me back for phones that I shouldn’t have been charged for. They open a case to just close it without speaking to me. They call the wrong number for the case after I make sure they have the primary number on the line. This is a joke right? This has to be some science experiment and they’re testing our reactions. That’s more logical to me than for Verizon customer service to be this terrible.
