I’m posting here out of frustration after repeatedly trying to resolve an issue with Verizon support.
I recently activated Verizon 5G Home Internet based on a promotional offer that included a Best Buy gift card ($400 off of $800 Samsung appliance purchase) The offer was clearly advertised at the time of signup, and it played a major role in my decision to move forward. However, I have not received the promotional code (checked via internet and app) or any email communication about it — despite completing all required steps.
I've contacted Verizon support multiple times, spoken with several representatives, and unfortunately, no one seems to know how to resolve the issue. I keep getting transferred, put on hold, or told someone will follow up — but no resolution has been made.
It’s honestly disappointing that such a large company can't track its own promotions or provide a clear answer. If Verizon is going to advertise offers, it should honor them — and train customer service teams to handle these inquiries properly.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to get it resolved?
At this point, I’m hoping someone from Verizon sees this and can help escalate the issue. I just want the offer that was promised when I signed up.
