I need assistance regarding an incorrect charge for non-returned equipment.

I returned my Verizon home internet device on July 25, 2025.

The return was shipped back using UPS.

Tracking number: ** (shows the package was delivered).
Despite returning the equipment, I was charged $216.50 for non-returned equipment.
Could someone from Verizon please review this issue and have the charge removed? I have proof of return via the tracking number above.
