Ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max from Verizon on 9/14 and it’s been nothing but delays. First they said it would ship in a week, then pushed it back multiple times (now saying 10/10). Every time I call, support tells me “it’ll ship in 2 days,” but it never does.
The worst part? I’ve gone in-store twice and watched staff sell the exact phone I ordered to new customers, while my order just sits. After 3+ years with Verizon and over 10 lines on my account, it’s clear they don’t care about loyal customers at all.
Because of this experience, I’m more than likely going to move all my lines to another carrier. Just a heads up: don’t preorder through Verizon unless you’re ready for endless delays.
