Hi. I was just wondering if anyone else got their 25$ loyalty discount taken away without being told because you changed your plan? My 25$ was taken when I switched to the 50$ welcome from the 70$ plan. It was a 3 line discount. They replaced it with a 10$ 2 line discount. They had to get that $20 back somehow from me. I was told last month rest assured i will fix the 25$ loyalty, just to be told no yesterday because i changed my plan. I might as well have kept the plan i had before smh. Also had me paying for Hulu 2x and took my device credits away for my trade in. I waited on hold for 35min and then while I was talking the guy transfered me to an automated system without saying anything while I was talking. Called back and it took an hour to "fix" the mistakes. Will i still be responsible for the whole bill they posted with their mistakes?
