I am trying to access MyVerizon to view / pay my bill. I have 2 lines both of which I have ported out (due to relocation from the US to UK). I am no longer receiving emails from Verizon since May 2025 when I ported out the first of the lines. The second line was transferred early July.
Yesterday I received a letter forward from my previous US address to me in the UK ( which took 3 weeks to forward) saying I owe $ . I need to see the bill and also confirm that my account is indeed now CLOSED ( which is should have been in July).
I have tried using my previous user_id / password - this doesn't work.
I have tried using the disconnected accounts website link - but this gives me an error " Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time".
I am now physically located in the UK and using a VPN .
The letter DOES give an account number and Invoice number - and I would be ok with someone downloading the billing information for me and providing a way to pay online or over the phone.
Please help
