I'm reporting a persistent and serious issue with Verizon Fios business service, this is impacting real time applications like online gaming.
Some time ago I noticed that some of the real time application have developed, lag, packet loss and disconnections. After thorough troubleshooting on my two fiber lines it was determined that the problem originated not on my end.
Main problem is with the: PCCW Global backbone internet service provider (node 63-218-235-33.static.as3491.net) ipv4, this node is dropping packets between my location and the following destinations: 92.223.57.98, 92.223.57.116, 92.223.56.191, 92.223.57.102 (login1.worldofwarships.com , login2.worldofwarships.com)- ISP G-Core Labs SA
I have real time data that support my case and could provide when needed, this includes, traceroute, MTR , PingPlotter trace and Tcpdump PCAP files for times that this is happening.
Please escalate this issues to Tier 2 support engineering department - this is clearly on ISP peering side.
I'm Fios costumer for a very long time and in this case I ask you to troubleshoot this issue.
