Verizon account only showing fios info after wireless port out, how do i get the final bill.

Hi VZW support.

I was Verizon wireless and fios customer and have recently (2 days ago) ported out my wireless service to a different carrier and ever since the port out I have lost access to my wireless account, when i login using my Verizon credentials it only shows my fios account information.

Tried reaching out to support but couldn't reach out to anyone in the account department as i am not able to sign in to my wireless account.

I need the final bill so I can get help paying off the money i owe verizon so what can I do here.

Also missed adding 1 more info,

I went to the disconnected account login page and tried using my phone number, last name and the zip code but that didn't work either.

When you login to My Verizon using your User ID associated with the account, it still only shows the Fios information? Or, if you had 2 separate accounts because the Fios and mobile accounts were never merged, try logging into My Verizon using the User ID associated with the mobile account.

Yes that’s right it only shows fios information, unfortunately i merged the wireless and fios accounts long back so don’t have separate logins.

Been over 2 weeks since the switch and am yet to receive the final bill via mail or email, how long would it take ??

In case you haven't found it yet, private messages are sent via this community platform and can be accessed by clicking/tapping on the envelope icon at the top right of any Community Page. When a new message arrives, a number will appear on the envelope.

, your last mobile bill generates at what would have been the end of the billing cycle if the line was still active. It will come via snail mail, so check your account to make sure all your contact information is up to date. I've had problems before with other merchants if something is entered on "Address 2", so if you have an apartment/suite number, to enter that on "Address 1" and not "Address 2" to prevent mailing problems.
