I have been a Verizon customer for 4+ years and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with any order.
I traded in two iPhone 13 Pros for two iPhone 17 Pros and, during the same order, added two Apple Watch Series 11.
I was told the watches would ship before the iPhones (iPhones were back-ordered; watches in stock). A few days later, the iPhones had tracking and a delivery date, but the watches showed no movement. I called and chatted multiple times. Each time I was told, “Everything is fine, expect an update within 24 hours.” Support even looped in a “warehouse” rep who repeated the same promise. Nothing happened. It’s now been two weeks, and I still have zero updates on the watches.
What made this worse:
• Repeated assurances with no action or follow-through
• Unresolved tickets and contradictory answers
• Hours spent on calls/chats re-explaining the issue (See attached photo). I am beyond frustrated.
• Trade-in/“bring your number” promos that don’t match the reality of fulfillment.
What I need now: 1. Have you haver had this type of experience?
2. From Verizon - A valid tracking number and ship date for both watches.
This should have been simple. Instead, it’s been delay, confusion, and no accountability.
