Disconnected Account Login Fails

I’m trying to access my final bill. I’ve used the link to access my disconnected account and entered my cell phone number, last name, and billing zip code. Each time I get an error that says the information does not match their records.

My cell phone and billing zip code haven’t changed in years and, as far as I know, I’ve never changed my last name.

We hate to hear you're no longer part of the Verizon family but are more than happy to provide you with support to obtain your final invoice. Any of our corporate store locations would be able to locate your previous account and print the final invoice page, on our store locator tool and locate the closest Verizon Company Store for assistance. We do have the option to send it directly to your mailing address which can take about 5 business days, I will send you a Private Note in case you prefer this option.

I've read elsewhere in the forums that you can still login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after leaving, but you must use the User ID associated with the account, not the phone number, because your number is no longer under Verizon's control. If you've forgotten the User ID for the account (it's not necessarily the same as your forum username) try this link:
