We opened a claim with Asurion for my daughter’s phone camera being broken. The phone they sent us was defective with a bad battery so the phone could not turn on in order to transfer data after they sent us ANOTHER phone. So now I am out an additional $140 for a third party to recover her data to get onto the other new phone. Cancel their protection. If you have it. They don’t send new phones they send refurbished defective phones. Their coverage is a waste of money.
