Construction Verification In Place Utility

Hello,

I am a civil engineer in Fairfax County, Virginia. The county requires verification from Verizon regarding the utilities in place on-site. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone from Verizon (or the subsidiary XO) in the Engineering Department. Could you please direct me to customer service for the area of DC/ northern Virginia who will be able to verify the locations for this package.
