We want to make sure that you're able to get the software update if at all possible. If you're unable to get the update OTA, please try the Software Upgrade Assistant. You can find the steps for setting it up and using it here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-80200/

Were you a Verizon customer in the past, and you now live in France, or did you buy this phone second-hand from someone?
I bought this phone from a french site ( like amazon ) called Cdiscount and no I wasn't a Verizon customer in the past.I'm on a french operator
Thanks for the information. We're not allowed to discuss the details of what causes this here in the forums, but my suspicion is something was done to the phone prior to you buying it. That process will prevent the phone from getting any more updates.
