So I enrolled with Verizon due to the $200 Verizon and $250 Amazon Gift Cards back in August. I've called and spoke with 2 reps. Chatted with about 3 different reps and not one can seem to see why I haven't recevied my enrollment offers.
I found this board since I decided to do some research online and low and behold. EVERYONE else seems to be having the same issues dating back longer than I have. Seems extremely fishy and makes me regret switching to Verizon.
If someone knows the magic way to get through to someone who can actually help, it would be greatly appreciated. The run around is actually insane!!!!
