Verizon contractors dug around the junction box in my yard in May leaving a sizable hole. Other Verizon contractors were swinging by every few weeks for like an hour or two. It is now October and the box is still dug up with a safety cone sticking out of the hole. I haven't seen a contractor near my neighborhood in over 2 months. I would just like to know when I can expect that it might be repaired and whether service will ever be available in my neighborhood
