We’ve been with Verizon for 30+ years! This last issue has been a complete disaster!! I’ve been misled, and I think I’ve been transferred from every transfer available!!! Verizon is going to lose my business. I have been trying to resolve this last issue for the past two months. I spent 5 hours on the phone in one day while trying to run my own small business. Finally reached out to Excutive services. Received a phone call from a representative. She assured me that she would investigate this matter! I gave her times, dates, and names of individuals that I had spoken with. She said she would investigate this! Problem is, she only partially did her job??? She didn’t listen to the recording of the call when I was told the phones were free! I asked her to review the call while I was on the phone? I was told that was not possible! I asked her if she had listened to the call at which time she said she had not!! I said that she needed to listen to that call! She then informed me that she could no longer listen to that because they only keep the messages for 30 days! If she would have listened to right when she contacted me there would’ve been time. Instead she failed to do her job in a timely manner!! Spoke to T-Mobile today and they are eager for our business!! Been with Verizon for 30+ years and I try to be loyal to business as I’m also a small business owner, however, it appears that it’s time to find a new carrier!! I’m gonna give Verizon a chance to rectify this issue and if that can’t be done???? Verizon will no longer be my carrier!! Seems like this is getting to be a common problem with Verizon!! From what I’ve read Verizon is having many customer service problems and people are upset and leaving Verizon! It’s up to Verizon now fix it or I find a new carrier!!!
