first of all i have the 300mbps fiber plan and this is the only provider i can have in my apartment complex oh so unfortunately. my first and most obvious problem is my internet disconnected and being just as terrible as possible at every single second, im debating moving out to a whole other place just because of this internet, it will disconnect almost every day for a good 30 minutes consistently and thats at random but its seems like verizon has a special event at 11:30pm where all internet is gone until the next morning? second abysmal problem my internet speeds at best are 1/3 of what im paying for at about 90 ish, recently its down to 30-60 mbps im downloading updates in the time i should be downloading games? last problem a tech coming here is like 99$?????? i used to have optimum fiber at my old spot it was 300 mbps cheaper technitian was free and my speeds were double what i payed for so what do it do now im typing all this on hotspot after being banned for the month due to disconnecting
