In july I pre-ordered the z flip 7. Phone was never shipped and still says in my account that I would receive it in two days. I spoke to an agent and was assured the order was canceled and I would not be charged. Now, three months later and numerous conversations with representatives, I am still being charged for the upgrade. Each time I was told there would be detailed notes in my account so I wouldn't have to explain the situation again and assured the issue was resolved. A few weeks ago my service was disconnected for non payment. I refuse to pay for something I never received. My bill is now over $600 and I had to make a payment arrangement for service to be restored. I don't know how many times they've told me this was fixed and I'd receive a confirmation and my service would not be disconnected. Here i am 3 months later still explaining the story, again. Can someone, anyone please help? At this point I'm unhappy with this company and can see a lot of people are! Please help!
