I am a new customer and since signing up it has been a nightmare. Billing issues, number port in problems and number transfer problems. felt like the first customer at a new company, no one knew what to do.
Is there a way to reach a supervisor? Tried yesterday with 5 reps and got transferred to bill pay, hung up on, had a supervisor on chat for two minutes then they disappeared and finally had a rep willing to process a return label to end service and return phones rather than get a supervisor on the line. When I asked why this was the case the representative replied a supervisor approved the return label but never talked to me. Was left speechless- Verizon spends a ton trying to get new customers but is willing to let them leave rather than talk to a supervisor to resolve problems. Pretty sad as after 14 hours working to fix the account we were getting close to having issues resolved…
