I redeemed the Nintendo Switch and JBL speaker after completing the 60-day requirement and keeping my account in good standing.
It has now been 39 days since then, and I still haven’t received either item. I have contacted customer service with little to no help. All they can advise is that the products are delayed due to high demand. All I am asking for is transparency is the process and for Verizon to update customers on what is going on.
We are required to wait a certain amount of time before you can redeem, you would assume that Verizon should be able to forecast promotional products.
Extremely disappointed in this process.
