I recently got 5G Home internet and was supposed to get a $150 Amazon gift card. The only instructions I received to redeem the gift card was a link on order invoice stating to redeem by Nov 28, 2025 at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification. When I click on the link it redirects to an Account Activity page that you can't do anything with and there's no information about redeeming a gift card. I've tried using the app and looked everywhere and there's no place to redeem gift card. I read in other forums to go to Me>My Savings and Benefits>My Access and it takes me to a worthless page for Fifa cup tickets. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to redeem gift cards with Verizon cause I've tried everything at this point.
