I had to make a whole new account to make this post, but please Verizon what is going on…. I called like 5 times trying to figure out why you guys are charging me over 200 dollars for “unreturned equipment” even though I returned my equipment and got a confirmation email stating that they would drop the charges for the unreturned equipment. Over 2 months later, you guys are emailing me and calling me every single day saying that you are going to report my outstanding balance to credit bureaus and drop my credit. I tried calling customer support trying to get this fixed and I’m placed on hold for hours, and when I finally talk to someone they tell me that “everything will get fixed, rest assured”, yet I’m still getting calls and emails every day. Customer service is absolutely terrible, signing up with you guys was the worst decision I’ve made in my entire life.
