I am trying to add a new debit card as my auto pay method, but I keep getting:
Error: Zip code information entered is invalid, please enter Valid Zip code.
I spent over an hour yesterday at my local Verizon store and they tried everything that they knew to do. They finally got someone on the phone at Verizon who said they "fixed" the problem, but we had to wait 24 hours before adding the card information again. The person on the phone also said they would call me today when it had been 24 hours and walk me through the process - he did NOT call.
I've tried once again to enter the information today (after the 24 hours) and still get the same Zip Code error message. Please help!!
