Hello I am also searching for help as when one of my kids call someone on their gizmo watch. It does not tell me who they’re calling. It just says the number. It used to tell me who they are calling and yes, I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it so it must be a bug on the gizmo side. I have also tried to reach out to the helpline and have not heard back
