Any suggestions to save money??

My phone bill keeps increasing.

Seriously considering changing companies.

First of all, if you want to use one of the large competitor companies, they charge in about the same range as Verizon, so IMO it's not going to save a ton of money to switch to Blue Logo Place or Pink Logo Place. There are numerous budget carriers out there, but you're running the risk of getting what you pay for since they are renting space from one or more of the "Big 3", so the network owner(s) don't have to care that much about the 3rd party customers. A few other suggestions:

• Check your perks and cancel anything you're not using. I've read numerous threads where people forgot about some subscription they had and were still getting billed for it.
• If you have a very old plan no longer available to current customers, over a period of time the cost of that old plan ends up being about what a current plan is, but you're not getting as much due to the legacy plan constraints (old plans were designed for times when cell phones weren't the miniature computers they are today). The autopay discount is also less for customers on old plans. So it may be time to upgrade to something current, if you've had an old plan for years and years.
• If you are NOT under a contract, Verizon offers prepaid service, which is cheaper than postpaid. The downside is that you will be deprioritized on the towers to all postpaid customers.
• I don't know how many lines you have in your account, but if some of them aren't used as much, try downgrading the service plan on those lines. Again, this can only be done if the lines aren't currently under a contract.
