Hello i have a question. When i changed my plan i know i got the disney plus bundle with ads. But when i read your faqs it says i can pay an additional $10 and upgrade to the premium plan it even has instructions on how to do so.
How can I upgrade to Disney Premium and or Hulu Premium?
After you add and register the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads) perk, you can upgrade to Disney Premium and or Hulu Premium.
To upgrade:
- Visit Products & plan perks in My Verizon.
- Select the Disney perk and choose Manage. Follow the prompts to upgrade on the Disney website.
The change is effective immediately. You can change back to Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads) any time.
However when i follow this and then go to the disney website and chose to upgrade and the billing says verizon, it gives me a billing error.
"There was an error processing your request. Please check your billing info, including CVV or card pin. If the problem persists, check your card balance or contact your payment company for more details. You can also try another payment method."
is there any way to resolve this. I contacted disney and they informed me its on verizon issue.
