I just got the 1GB Fios Internet service installed in my place 7 days ago.
I filled out a form I got on the Verizon site for a one time $50 coupon and received an email for redeeming the associated coupon including a coupon code.
The Verizon special event offer coupon is to Get a $50 Bill Credit now that I have just started using Verizon on September 28th 2025.
I received the email to redeem it.
The email has a link to redeem it, as well as the home internet activation code, but takes me to an error code page.
It says when you activate a new Fios Home Internet plan. Redeem at any Verizon location or online*.
When I click the online option it takes me to a page saying
"This account isn't eligible for offers", but I checked every detail of the one time coupon, and I do qualify to redeem it. I could call Customer service but I'd love to redeem this on line towards my first bill. I haven't yet been billed, as I just started my service on September 28th.
Coupon emailed to me reads:
"Fios Home Internet: Offer available 9.4.25 through 12.31.25. Requires activation/installation of a new Fios Home internet service. Availability varies. One time use coupon code must be redeemed at the point of sale. Bill credit applied within 1-2 billing cycles of activation. Limit one offer per Verizon account."
