Need a "will-serve" letter or availability letter from Verizon on their letterhead for a proposed new residential subdivision real estate development project. It's been seemingly impossible to actually talk to a person from Verizon that knows how to address or handle this simple inquiry. This is not a sales inquiry - it is more so engineering/planning/construction. I have examples on past projects but do not have appropriate contact anymore.
