My home shows online as unavailable for fios but my neighbors have it. How can I contact an engineer to come. I have tried contacting customer service and I have tried making a FAST ticket but I haven’t heard anything. I have done a bunch of research as well but cant seem to talk to an engineer directly. What can I do? Sales team just says use the 5g wireless but the latency for the 5g doesn’t match my needs. Please someone help. Who do I have to talk to?
