I discontinued my phone plan and changed carriers over a month ago. However, my Apple Watch is still connected, and I'm being billed for it even though my Verizon account has been deactivated. I have tried calling customer service, but my account and phone numbers for my cell and the watch are no longer found in the system. Unfortunately, the chat messenger and the schedule a callback feature aren't working either. I can still access my account online and pay the bill, but I want to completely terminate the plan, and there are no other options to do so. This is beyond frustrating.
