I changed my provider from ATT and was told that my balances would be paid off automatically by Verizon. That never happened so ATT withdrew the funds via my direct payment method. I have spoken to Verizon on multiple occasions where I am transferred around, several times hung up on, and several times left on hold for hours. I did finally reach someone who agreed to send me out visa cards to cover the costs. I received the cards and go to use it and they are declined. Apparently they are only good at a limited amount of stores. I have now been trying for over 90 days, several calls and text exchanges and they always end the same way, with Verizon disconnecting the call or lately the rep I am dealing with on chat disappears and I get a text from a new rep and have to start all over again. I even emailed the CEO twice and didn't receive any reply from him or anyone from his staff. Does Verizon care about their customers????
