I see alot of people waiting even longer (years) and the lines just dont get burried. I've already has 2 no-show (by them) appointments and the support "agents" I talk to are all inexplicably "Top Support Super Good Top Department Top Managers" who are going to "personally escalate the ticket " and "take very good personally care of you!" They "know how frustrating this can be" so they are "The one to resolve this issue for you" because they are, again, Top Support Top Super Good Top Department Top Managers who who can move the mountains that no one else can.
So my question is, do I just do the work myself, or will they send a Top Support Super Good Top Department Top Managers hit squad to take away my birthday?
Honestly, at least someone would be showing up on site, in that case.
