I purchased 5g home internet on July 31 and got two rebate promotions. One was $200 Amazon card and the other a $ 200 Verizon card. Well, I was able to claim the Amazon card no problem in my app account but the Verizon one never showed. After 3 phone calls and explaining my situation over a dozen times I now realize there is nobody with the knowledge to help me or give me an answer. The best I got was one rep trying to convince me it was one or the other. To which I asked why I didn't get to choose and they fell silent and tried to offer me a discount for signing up to auto pay. Laughable to say the least. I am very disappointed with the lack of good service from Verizon after being a customer for 19 years. BOOST MOBILE is looking real good right now.
